There are a variety of factors that go into the cost of our services which are most often a result of site surveys which take into account the security sensitivity, existing security dispositions, clientu2019s specific requests, and geo-location of the site. We conduct an extensive internal investigation including prior employment and personal references. We equally work with the government investigation department to do morality checks and produce police reports for the security guards before they are employed.

Yes. In compliance with directives from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Cameroon, our security officers are often dressed in u00a0offer a traditional police style uniform, with company patch and our badge. In addition we can offer a softer/concierge style uniform consisting of a blazer and tie. Our Executive Protection services are provided by plain-clothes officers.

We have a well-established training program consisting of technical, procedural and fundamental legal dispositions. In addition, all security personnel receive specific on-site training for each individual client. All security officers are properly trained before starting their assignment, and there is in-service training and capacity building.

We have routine and impromptu physical checks and security guard checks in and off duty that verifies the guardu2019s location and keeps a record of when the guard is on duty. VES has supervisors out in the field that routinely monitor the performance of all team members and equally the use of electronic measures u00a0like cards or biometric of work attendance checks. Through this supervision, training and inspection, our clients are assured of high quality service.

Depending on management needs, daily security reports can be provided for each shift. Incident reports will be provided if some sort of security violation occurs. This would consist of any criminal activity, any property loss or damage, any falls or injuries occurring on the property as well as general activity reports. We equally have dispositions for electronic reporting.

Yes we can, under special conditions, involving the placing of highly trained professionals authorized to carry firearms for enhanced security measures, covered by a an authorization from the Ministry of Territorial Administration. They are deployed in situations that require a higher level of protection, such as securing high-value assets, protecting VIPs, or in locations with an elevated threat level. Armed guards undergo specialized training in firearm handling, crisis management, and conflict resolution to ensure the safety of the clients they serve.
