OUR SERVICES

SUPERVISION

One of the major secrets to our efficiency and effectiveness is the accent we put on supervision and performance reviews for our security personnel. Clients’ contracts with Vigilant Eagle Security (VES) Security guarantee the following:

  1. Random checks by Vigilant Eagle Security (VES) supervisors to ensure that our guards are in our clients’ premises are performing as expected.
  2. A surprise drop-in inspection by our supervisory staff can happen at any time and during the course of the day or any event. During a check like this, all guards will be observed and evaluated.

In the event that any of our guards behave in an unsatisfactory manner, we want to hear about it immediately. Supervisors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to correct all service problems. If an issue is determined to be a lack of training or a misunderstanding, guards will be instructed in correct behavior and put on probation. A repetition of problem behavior will result in immediate replacement of that guard.

Within the ambits of this service, VES installs satellite security offices in various quarters which serve as service centres to be called at any time if there is any eventuality or security threat in order for the satellite office to call for intervention or raise an alarm as the case may be. Interested households subscribe and electronic installations are done in their homes to enable communication between them and the subscriber.
